New Start-up of CPG in Georgia - (01/10/2018)

Capstone Prime Georgia has launched a new start-up The idea to start-up a first service outsourcing company came when our team members faced challenges in getting vital business services from different stakeholders. strives to achieve value-creation by offering clients simple format to get the services online. The services for start-ups include everything the company needs to successfully utilize internet resources and enhance communication efficiency. (domain, web page, corporate email, etc.) Outsourcing services include: accounting, legal, digital marketing, web site creation, etc.’s mission is to facilitate often challenging business practices and enable companies focus on their products/services.

Our vision is to establish a new culture in Georgia, where outsourcing services will be conceived as a solution to inefficient business practices.


First Ifrs for SME’s practical training by CPG Trainings Center -12.12.2018

Capstone Prime Trainings is launching IFRS for SMEs training programs to help existing enterprises accommodate the new standard. IFRS for SMEs is 35-40 hours of training which includes group sessions, case studies, Q&A, problem-solving. Two certified trainers will host 2-3 hours training 3 times a week in office space on Abashidze Street.

Mushroom production business plan

Capstone Prime Georgia created a business plan to start-up large scale mushroom production in Georgia. The report provided management with detailed plan of action to achieve operational efficiency. It used qualitative and quantitative data to conduct market analysis and study the competition, pricing and cost structure. Financial modeling was used to determine fixed and variable costs of production, and potential returns on investment. The report also provided information about initial investment requirements and investment plans to produce king oyster and shiitake mushrooms.
