At the start of New Liberty

Lean methodology training was provided to a team of 10 top Liberty Bank employees who will then train further levels of the organization on Lean methodology and develop the skills necessary to apply the methodology in practice. The service process included a training program, seminars and workshops. After completing the theoretical training and practical exercises, the CG, together with the Lean Team, moved to the project implementation stage of two parallel projects to ensure the successful application of the knowledge gained from the training sessions by the Lean Team.
