Transformation of Terabank

Capstone Group is implementing a Lean Methodology project aimed at improving the customer experience in Terabank, the 4th biggest bank in Georgia. At the initial stage of the project, we created a team from the staff of Liberty Bank, which, in addition to studying the lean methodology, will also be involved in the implementation phase.

This is the main principle of the methodology, allowing the team to find the internal pain points themselves and deal with them. The planning phase has been completed at this point, and the implementation phase begins.
