Brad Schmidt

Brad is a Lean / Toyota Production System Consultant in Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and Service functions since 1998 and has worked in Japan, Europe, Asia, North America and the Middle East on implementing Lean and making a corporate culture change in many different settings.

He has a wonderful team in Japan and Australia that can help make a global operations improvement strategy and deploy it locally in a way that is effective and uses local strengths
Specialities: Operations strategy and setting up operational improvement programs that build on the strengths of the organization.

Huseyin Gungor

Dr Hüseyin Güngör is a lecturer at the University of Amsterdam Business School and an international consultant with complex problem-solving skills gained at McKinsey & Company.

Currently, he is exploring Artificial Intelligence in Customer Experience, Strategy and Marketing.
Previously, Hüseyin was a global expert for service operations and customer experience at McKinsey & Company. He also worked as director of customer experience at EY VODW, a strategy and marketing consultancy with a team of 100+ consultants, based in The Netherlands.
Prior to consulting he was an investment and retail banker for Demirbank (HSBC), marketing manager for Philips, and head of savings accounts & call centre for DHB Bank.
Dr Hüseyin Güngör received his PhD degree in Business Studies and his Master’s degree in International Relations, both from the University of Amsterdam
Das Madhaven

Das works with clients looking to of implementing a Lean culture in the workplace by aligning Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts with the corporation’s strategy and intent. HIs expertise focuses on a culture-based approach (rather than a tool-based one) to ensuring the result of all CI efforts support the business outcomes expected by the various businesses.

Specifically, he works to ensure the daily activities of leaders and middle management contribute materially to the CI efforts through direct participation (not delegated) that contributes to full engagement of associates in the workplace.

For a leading insurance provider, he established the Lean Sigma department including framework design, governance, recruitment, and training of staff members, led several cost reduction initiatives (over $8MM in one year) across the enterprise covering customer service, annuities, claims, and underwriting.

For a large bank, Das led major enterprise-wide initiatives across various functional areas including customer service, customer research & investigations, marketing, billing and statement operations, and payment processing, with an average cost take-out $1MM per initiative.

For a large bank, he led several IT projects using BPR that resulted in consolidation of five major operating systems to two and over $3MM in savings.

For a major airline, Das delivered over $2MM in savings within one year besides improving customer satisfaction by 7 points.

Pishu Ganglani

Over 25 years of experience in Financial Markets covering operations in Treasury, Sales, IT and core operations in the banking and insurance markets. He specializes in transforming Sales operations to significantly increase sales agent productivity, employee engagement and customer experience

As a Senior Consultant, he has developed and implemented at-scale transformation programs for banks and insurance companies around the world. He has also successfully applied these principles to other industries including Telecom and Healthcare

Ernesto Siroli

Dr. Ernesto Sirolli is one of the world' s leading consultants on the topic of economic development. He started working in the field of International Aid in Africa in 1971 and has since worked in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, Latin America and Asia in projects that promote local entrepreneurship and local self-determination.

Dr. Sirolli resides in California, USA where he was invited to establish the Sirolli Institute, a social enterprise that teaches:

- civic leaders to capture the passion energy and imagination of their own citizens
- corporations to empower local entrepreneurs to create local wealth
- entrepreneurs to form passionate teams capable to transform dreams into viable enterprises.

Dr. Sirolli received a Laurea di Dottore in Political Sciences from Rome University in 1976 and a Ph.D in Local Enterprise Facilitation from Murdoch University, Australia in 2004.

Dr. Ernesto Sirolli received The 2016 IOEE International Lifetime Achievement Award for Entrepreneurship Education at the House of Lords in London.

Dr. Sirolli is the author of two books: "Ripples from the Zambezi" a best seller that is used by Economic Development Faculties in Universities the world over, and:"How to start a business and ignite your life" a book aimed at would-be entrepreneurs.

In 2012 Dr. Sirolli was invited to give a TED TALK; his talk:"Shut up and Listen" has been translated in 31 languages and downloaded more than 2.8 million times.
